Testimony before NYC Council on the issue of vacant properties and the foreclosure crisis - March 2014

Our Executive Director, Christie Peale, addresses the New York City Council Committee on Housing and Building regarding the foreclosure crisis as a driver of vacant and abandoned properties. Christie also put forward a series of recommendations on support for foreclosure prevention services, monitoring of vacant and at-risk properties, and providing further affordable homeownership opportunities.
