Our Deputy Director for Housing Recovery, William Fairhurst, addresses the New York City Council on Recovery and Resiliency on housing affordability and flood insurance. The testimony discusses the Center’s various services for homeowners in the floodplain. Fairhurst’s testimony also urges City Council to join the efforts in advocating for homeowners in the NFIP reauthorization process.
