Testimony before NYC Council Committee on the Challenges facing Affordable Homeownership - Dec 2017

Our Senior Policy Associate, Leo Goldberg, addresses the New York City Council on Housing and Buildings on homeownership and HPD’s programs.  The testimony focuses on the recent challenges facing affordable homeownership in NYC.  The testimony also provides several recommendations on how the city can support affordable homeownership through a policy platform developed by our partners at the Coalition for Affordable Homes.
