House flipping is at its highest in six years (MarketWatch)

Homes flipped in the first quarter of this year represented 6.9% of all sales compared to 5.9% from the previous quarter. The Center’s 2016 report showed that home-flipping reduced the number of affordable homes for sales while increasing the cost of New York City’s rent.
