Home Resiliency Audit Program to Include Southern Brooklyn Neighborhoods (Bklyner)

An additional 2,500 low- and moderate-income homeowners have been added to the Home Resiliency Audit program after months of advocacy from council members. The Center, which is in charge of running the program, will counsel homeowners about reducing their flood insurance rates and provide free elevation certificates.
