Flood Help NYC offers Flood Assessments to NYC Residents (Queens Chronicle)

South Queens residents are utilizing Flood Help NY’s resources to receive free home evaluations to determine their risk for flooding. They can also receive a free flood certificate to lower their flood insurance rates. The Center helps operate Flood Help NY and provides these services to residents all across the city.
