City Housing Groups Roll Out Plan for Community Land Trust (Wall Street Journal)

New York City has long struggled with how to help lower-income families buy homes as real-estate prices climb further out of reach.

A coalition of housing groups was expected Tuesday to unveil plans for a new community land trust that, they say, could offer a new model for how the city addresses low-income homeownership.
