Launched in 2016, the Homeowner Help Desk assists homeowners at risk of displacement, scams, and other threats to affordability from a variety of economic pressures. The Homeowner Help Desk includes direct outreach and a series of “pop-up” events where homeowners receive advice, assistance, and referral for a variety of issues. Events are promoted through flyer distribution, phone calls, and mailings. The Help Desk is supported by both public and private funding sources.
