[NHNLA] Advanced Client Management Using Home Counselor Online Webinar

Webinar: CFPB Servicing Rule Updates

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) issued its original mortgage servicing rule in 2013 and it was effective January 10, 2014. On August 4, 2016, the CFPB issued updates to the rule, most of which will be effective October 19, 2017. This session will review each update to the rule and the overview will help housing professionals counsel and educate their clients. A test is required after the webinar to obtain a Certificate of Completion. Only those who log onto the webinar with their personal GTW links via the Internet and who actively participate throughout the session will be eligible to test. Listening only on the phone does not qualify.
